Who we are and how to contact us

KEYIDI PACK is operated by Suzhou Keyidi Textile Co., Ltd. (苏州柯依迪纺织品有限公司), China. This policy explains how we handle personal information relating to keyidipack.com and business inquiries about candle vessels, packaging and apparel accessories. For privacy questions or requests, email info@keyidipack.com with “Privacy request” in the subject.

Information we receive

When you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments and information you provide, such as your name, business contact details, company or website, product references, specifications, artwork, quantities, destination market and timing. Send only information needed for your project and avoid sensitive personal information.

Inquiry buttons open a draft in your email application. Opening a draft does not submit an inquiry; we receive it when you send the email. The website currently has no submitted inquiry form or customer account registration.

Hosting, content delivery and security systems process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP addresses, requested URLs, access times, browser or device information and error or security events. Website searches are sent to the site to return results and may appear in technical logs.

Why we use information

We use inquiry information to answer questions, assess requirements, prepare quotations, discuss samples, coordinate projects and maintain business correspondence. We use necessary records to administer transactions, meet legal obligations, handle disputes and protect our site and business.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, this may be steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract with you, legitimate interests in communicating with business contacts and operating a secure business, or legal obligations. Processing requiring consent must be based on valid consent for that purpose. Closing an informational notice or continuing to browse is not consent.

Who receives information

Team members handling your inquiry or project may access relevant information. Hostinger provides hosting, content delivery and business email infrastructure, including security, logging and backups. Its authorized service providers may process information needed to deliver those services.

For quotation, sampling or production, we provide relevant customer artwork to cooperating factories or suppliers. We do not separately provide customer names, company names or contact details to those factories or suppliers. Artwork may itself contain logos, brand details or other identifying material; take this into account when preparing files.

We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Social platform links lead to services governed by their own privacy policies.

International processing and storage

Our business team handles inquiries in China. Our website hosting configuration identifies the main server in North Carolina, United States, and website backups in Boston, United States. Hostinger CDN uses distributed infrastructure; email, service operations and associated backups may involve other countries. The website server location does not establish the location of every email, CDN copy or backup.

Information may be processed outside your country, where privacy laws may differ. Where applicable law requires international transfer safeguards, the relevant legal transfer requirements apply. Contact us about processing of your information. See Hostinger’s privacy policy for its service processing information.

How long we keep information

For an inquiry that has not resulted in a transaction, our retention rule is to delete inquiry information one year after the last substantive business communication. This means the last substantive exchange about the business matter, rather than the first inquiry or an unrelated automated message. The rule covers inquiry information held in forms, email mailboxes and separately saved copies.

For transactions, relevant project, contractual, accounting and transaction records are retained as needed to carry out the work, meet applicable legal requirements and resolve claims. Legal obligations or ongoing disputes may require longer retention of particular records.

This rule requires operational review and deletion; the website does not automatically delete inquiry emails or separately saved copies. Technical logs and backups follow applicable service settings and rotation cycles. A log disappearing from an administration view does not prove permanent deletion from all provider systems. Deleting a mail delivery log does not delete the email or a separate copy. Backups may remain until normal rotation completes.

Cookies, browser storage and external resources

WordPress and hosting infrastructure may use cookies or similar technology for necessary site, security and administrator login functions. WordPress may store an emoji compatibility check in session storage. Manage cookies and site storage through your browser; blocking necessary storage may affect particular functions.

Our dismissible privacy information notice stores no dismissal cookie or browser-storage value. Closing it hides it only in the current page; it may appear again on another page or reload. Closing is not consent and does not control media or third-party connections.

The site currently loads some fonts from Google Fonts. These requests disclose technical connection information, including IP address and browser information, to Google when the page loads. See Google Fonts privacy information and Google’s privacy policy.

Current published pages and articles contain social links but no embedded YouTube, Vimeo or Google Maps player. Following a social link connects you to that service. If embedded media is added, its provider may receive technical information on loading and further information during interaction; we will update this policy for the actual configuration. A privacy-enhanced YouTube address alone does not establish compliance with all privacy or cookie laws.

Comments

Current published articles do not display a comment submission form. If comments are enabled, WordPress may receive the comment, name, email, optional website, IP address and browser information for publication, moderation and protection against misuse. Your email is not displayed in the public comment. If you choose to save details in the comment form, WordPress may store comment-detail cookies for one year. Avatar features, when used, may contact Gravatar; see Automattic’s privacy policy. Published comments are retained while relevant to discussion, subject to moderation and applicable deletion requests.

Your choices and privacy requests

Email info@keyidipack.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent for processing based on consent, or complain to the relevant supervisory authority.

Provide enough information to locate correspondence and explain your request. We may need proportionate verification of identity or authority. We handle requests under applicable law; some records may need retention for legal obligations or claims. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

Security and updates

We use access controls and appropriate operational measures to protect information. Internet transmission and storage cannot guarantee absolute security. We update this policy when practices or website services change; the dates above identify this version. This policy describes our practices and is not a certification of GDPR, ePrivacy or every jurisdiction’s legal compliance.
